Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Email address, Discord ID, billing information (processed by Stripe/PayPal — we never see full card details), and server IP addresses for security.

We do NOT collect Minecraft account credentials, world files (unless you grant access), or player chat logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Provisioning servers, billing, fraud prevention, support, and anonymized infrastructure improvements.

3. Third‑Party Services

We use Vultr/Oracle Cloud (Sydney, Singapore), Stripe/PayPal (payments), and Discord (support). Each has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Server files: deleted 7 days after cancellation. Account info: anonymized within 30 days. Billing records: retained 5 years (tax law).

5. Your Rights

Under Australian and Singapore privacy laws, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact our Data Protection Officer.

6. Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption. Our infrastructure partners are SOC2 compliant. No system is 100% secure.
