1. Information We Collect

During our closed beta phase, we only collect your email address, Discord ID (for support coordination), and server IP addresses for security logging.

We do NOT collect Minecraft account credentials, your private world files (unless you explicitly request technical support), or player chat logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Exclusively for provisioning your testing environment, resolving technical issues, preventing system abuse, and analyzing server performance to improve our software infrastructure.

3. Beta Infrastructure & Partners

Our early testing infrastructure is hosted on isolated compute instances provided by Vultr. No production payment gateways (like Stripe or PayPal) are active or processing real financial information during this free closed beta phase.

4. Data Retention & The Beta Environment

Because this is an active development environment, we advise maintaining local backups of your game files. If you leave the beta program, all associated server contents and account identifiers are permanently deleted within 7 days.

5. Privacy Rights (AU & SG)

Sake Host operates under Australian and Singaporean privacy frameworks. You retain full rights to inspect, correct, or request the immediate deletion of any personal data or files we hold during this testing period.

6. Security & Stability Acknowledgement

We leverage modern TLS 1.3 encryption and secure architectural configurations. However, because this platform is in an early pre-launch stage, you acknowledge that infrastructure changes, software iterations, and bug fixes will occur frequently.
