1. Our Service
Sake Digital provides Minecraft server hosting using third‑party infrastructure (Vultr, Oracle Cloud). We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
2. Refund Policy
7‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
Full refund within first 7 days, no questions asked.
After 7 Days
Refunds not available. Service credits offered for verified downtime exceeding 99.9% uptime target.
Non‑Refundable
DDoS attacks, Minecraft software bugs, user‑caused corruption, third‑party mod/plugin issues.
Complies with Australian Consumer Law and Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sake services for:
- Illegal activity under Australian or Singaporean law
- Malicious software or network attacks
- Copyright‑infringing content
4. Uptime Commitment
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. If exceeded, you receive service credits (5% of monthly fee per 0.1% downtime). Excludes maintenance, DDoS, and upstream provider outages.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sake is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or gameplay interruptions. Total liability capped at amount paid in previous 3 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non‑payment (7‑day grace period), Terms violation, or abuse. You have 7 days to download your files after termination.
7. Governing Law
Australian customers: laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Singapore customers: laws of Singapore.
All others: Australian law.
